Our goal is to make the best bread in Grand Rapids. We make naturally leavened, whole grain products to help ensure they are as healthy as possible. Our mission is to sell real, wholesome, and flavorful food and pastries. We are guided by a desire to participate in the health of our customers and this leads us to support sustainable farming and slow food practices. We truly hope to help our customers embrace whole grains and food made by local people who care.
