I would like to counter the one bad review on the website. I thought that when the cleaners changed hands that the quality or service would suffer, but to my surprise, it has not. They are always courteous and helpful. My dry cleaning and even laundry have been well done just as before. I'm writing this because I want them to remain in business. I hope other satisfied customers will also express their opinions. I have had them call me whenever I have forgotten dry cleaning there for a long time. I do think they do a good job.

Horrible customer service. Took my favorite Angel Hat to these idiots for a cleaning and when I got it back it was terribly mis-shapen! Looks like a Damn elephant sat on it now, as if they threw it in a washing machine with a bunch of heavy clothes. It also fits me tight now. The lady at the counter claims she doesn't know what cleaning method they used (even though she's probably the owner) and she suddenly began speaking even more broken English than the first time I dealt with her, when dropping off the hat! Anyhow, at first they wouldn't even entertain the notion of recompensating me for my loss, but after several stern phone calls, the "manager" decided to recomp my $7 cleaning fee...WTF? That's only 1/5 of the cost of the hat! I'm beyond pissed, to say the least, and to add insult to injury, she tells me that's completely normal for a hat and that I would have had the same results at any other cleaner! Yeah...right... One last thing, during one of my phone rants to her, she said "you must be first time customer, because first time customer always complains"! If that doesn't tell the tale of the tape, I don't know what would... Moral of the story: BEWARE when bringing important or sentimental items of clothing to this place! If they end up damaged, you WILL NOT be compensated for them, unless you count the cleaning fee as fair compensation of course. James
