If you are looking for a nice room, make sure you book one of the remodeled rooms up front. They are fairly nice. The rooms yet to be remodeled are horrible, so I recommend making sure you don't get one of those. I'd love to rate the indoor pool, however, it was down for maintenance during our stay. It looks nice though.

Half of the hotel is remodeled. The remodeled half looks very nice. However, those rooms are $20 more than their low advertised rate and they have french doors that open directly to the hallway and breakfast/bar atrium so I may guess that if there was a lot of foot traffic, guests would probably be able to hear the activity. We stayed in the cheap rooms and they are old and very worn, but pretty clean. If you are not expecting super nice and updated and you are good wearing flip flops on the tired carpet and not a total clean freak, you will probably be okay. Breakfast was decent. Overall, for $45 a night, there is not too much to complain about.

Only the front half of the Hotel is remodel, when you walk up the stairs on the left side the the carpet is old, stained and musky smelling, the key had issues at first let me into the room, when I did get in the room, it smelled of cigarettes. I turned on the water to take a shower, when I did water came out of the knobs to turn on the water, the caulking around the tub was dissolving and looked as if it had mold growing in the parts that dissolved. I have stayed in a different Fifth Season inn and suites it was awesome super clean, everything worked, no issues. This is the one I think the company forgot

I was only at the hotel for a conference. Do not be fooled by the name. It seems like there is some attempt being made to make up for years of poor management and no basic maintenance. The staff seemed nice but they were discussing patrons personal information at the front desk loud enough for me to find out more than I wanted to know about the people staying in room 307, from across the lobby. This could be a good place to stay for a writer looking for inspiration for a horror novel, or screen play.

The room was nice and the bed was firm but comfortable for me. I would have given higher rating if the pool and spa were usable. Nicole checked us in and she was great with a great sense of humor!!!!
