We have banked here for over 20 years. They are always helpful in any and all situation that have come up over the years! People always complain more than compliment, So here is a boost that you deserve for your great Customer service to us over the many years.

Unpleasant experience just after a few seconds I walked in. Employees are cold as ice, feels like they don’t give a rat’s ass about you. Banker (or so she wants to be called) Jetaun Alexander tops it all. Huge customer disrespect. Recommend to find another bank.

Worst experience I ever had at any bank.

Do NOT bank with Fifth Third if you live in the South Suburbs. First, they have very few if any ATM locations (if you're going to bank with a big bank, do it with Chase, who has many branches and ATMs all over the place). You can try banking with NuMark Credit Union (high rates on deposits, you can actually talk with someone who can authorize changes to your account.. banking as it should be!). The people at this 53 branch just plain don't care, especially the general manager. Somehow we magically overdrew our checking account, even though I deposited a certified check for a few thousand, and a little over a thousand in cash a few days later. They could not explain how, if we never saw a negative balance in our account, we could possibly over draw on the account, after depositing a few thousand bucks. I really think that either these people don't care about their jobs, don't know how to do their jobs, or both. Do yourself a favor, save yourself a headache, and bank elsewhere. I really can't understand how this God awful bank remains in business.
