I can't even begin to express how disappointing their customer service was. A mistake was made on my family's end. There's no trying to deny that and there never was. How it was handled by this pizzeria was so wrong. Food was delivered to a wrong address (yes we had accidentally mistaken the last number) and instead of calling our cell phone beforehand after the recipients had made it clear it wasn't their food, they dropped off the food to strangers and left our information on the receipts. It was then at the honesty of the family that had received our food and my family to make sure it got to the correct address NOT the pizzeria.. My mom was laughed at by the female manager on the phone, who had refused to try to understand our perspective. That's all we wanted. We just wanted someone to genuinely understand where we were coming from, apologize, and they would have repeat customers. This lady argued with my mom about how she was wrong and would not take any responsibility for a wrongdoing on the pizzeria's behalf in any capacity. When I spoke to the owner, he claimed that "the customer is always right" but then continued making the same remarks as the female manager. What's disappointing is instead of standing by the statement of their customers coming first, they were rude and did not care to handle it properly. If you're looking for a friendly, compassionate, and caring staff I'd go somewhere else that would aim to make it right.

Great place to eat! The food is delicious! Well cooked and clean place. The only bad thing is their prices are outrageous. But other then that great food and friendly staff.

Pizza was good but a little high almost 10 for 2 slices and a soda if the food wasnt so good i would give 1 star

Honestly, I'm from north jersey and am normally biased when it comes to pizza, but this place is the best! I haven't tried much from here in my years going but their chicken parm pizza is consistently my best friend no matter how much stress, beers or anything else I've had

Today I was working a mile and a half away at a job site, I ordered 2 prepared slices of cheesesteak pizza and 6 poppers total $16.40 with a mile delivery. My food arrived a hour and 10 minutes later! My Food was cold and cheesesteak cheese wasn’t even melted. I’m very unhappy with my first time experience here. I still tipped the driver but this is not acceptable
