I've been away on business, so I decided to surprise my wife with her favorite flowers—Stargazer Lilies. The arrangement was beautiful. Little did I know, they are toxic to cats. Fortunately when they arrived, my wife found out from a friend. She called contacted Filo's and explained the situation, and they actually agreed to come out and exchange the arrangement for something kitty friendly. Roses are now on their way.

I am very appreciative for Filo's going out of their way to make sure that my wife has beautiful flowers, despite my mistake. I know where I will be getting my flowers from in the future.

Filo was amazing. She is so sweet and was flexible with pricing when I told her I couldn't spend a lot. She really cares and went above and beyond to give me the best result and experience possible. Best customer service I've ever dealt with.

Seriously. She loved Filo's "creation" for her birthday.

I found Filo on Google Maps because I live in Miami, FL and had no idea where to start. I'm so glad I didn't go with 1-800-FLOWERS or FTD or anything else. The reviews here really encouraged me to go with Filo.

I don't know much at all about flowers so I left it up to Filo. I gave her my price range ($30-$60 in this case) and told her to do her best.

It ended up being $53 and my girlfriend got a vase with an amazing bouqet of flowers hand delivered to her apartment. I counted 9 different kinds of beautiful flowers that looked very fresh and smelled even fresher. There were several that bloomed over the next week with a little sunlight and my girlfriend delighted in seeing different ones open each day.

All said and done they lasted almost 2 weeks. I have already ordered something similar for Valentine's Day and I am sure Filo will impress again.

BTW Filo and her daughter were a delight on the phone and worked with me to make sure to deliver the flowers when my girlfriend came home from class.

Great experience. Fantastic arrangement. Highly recommended.

(Quick note: I rarely give an "all stars" review, so 4 of 5 is pretty darn good on my scale)

Needed to send an arrangement to my daughter & her friend up at U of Elon. A quick phone call to Filo's and she took care of everything else (choosing the arrangement, delivery directly to the department, and followed up with a pic of the flowers texted back to me). I will be using them again.
