I got a dent repaired in my Honda Accord 2014 here in January this year. This included detaching and repainting the rear bumper. Although I was quite pleased with the denting/painting/cleaning job on my car for the premium price I paid, I noticed a weird sound while closing the trunk while taking the car back. I asked the manager (Harley) to take a look at it and right away the entire staff, owner and the manager got very defensive and told me that's normal sound in every Accord sedan. I left the shop and realized my passenger side windows were not working. I took the car back right away and they told me that the electrician forgot to put a plug back on. Few months later the car trunk stopped opening through the button at the back or the remote. It'll only open manually from inside the cabin. I didn't realize the issue was related and showed it to the Honda dealership last month during oil change. They informed me that the body shop place massed up some wiring which goes into the trunk lock and it's hard to fix now. 

All in all the car looks great but the the electricians at Final Touch are not properly trained and I ended up loosing an essential functionality in my car.

I had damage to the body of my car.   Robert and his team did a great job in making it look brand new.   They also provided additional work on my headlights and made it look spectacular.   I would highly recommend this shop.

Been a customer here since 1997. They've repaired every car I've owned and the majority of my closest friends and family. Worth the price.

WHAT CAN I SAY? THE BEST, MOST PROFESSIONAL BODY SHOP IN WNY. HARLEY, ROBERT, AND HIS STAFF WERE THE MOST HELPFUL, FRIENDLIEST PEOPLE ANYONE CAN ASK FOR. I RECENTLY BROUGHT IN MY 2016 CR-V DUE TO A MINOR ACCIDENT AND REQUIRED A PAINT JOB. THE SHOP NEEDED AT LEAST 2 DAYS TO COMPLETE THEIR TASK BUT DURING THE MEANTIME, THEY CALLED ENTERPRISE RENTAL CAR SERVICE AND SCHEDULED TO PICK ME UP.  TWO DAYS LATER, MY CAR WAS READY AND CAME OUT PERFECT LIKE IF THE ACCIDENT HAD NEVER OCCURRED. (THEY ALSO CLEANED MY CAR INSIDE AND OUT)
THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR AMAZING SERVICE  AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO NEEDS REPAIR OR A PAINT JOB DONE TO THEIR VEHICLE.
