I should have left when they gave me the new patient paperwork.  There were a bunch of questions about my income and if I was on financial aide, yet nothing about insurance which was a bit odd.  I downplayed that and was finally called in for my "evaluation," which, by the way, I've never had an evaluation prior to a cleaning, even as a new patient!.  I just go, get x-rays, they clean my teeth, and I'm out in 1 - 2 hours.

So after about 45 minutes of x-rays and looking at my mouth, I was told what I needed and to schedule another visit.  Uh, alright.  The place was empty with only 1 or 2 other patients in there.  So I went to the front desk and they gave me a price quote.  I brought up the fact that I had insurance and offered up my card.  They took down my info and said I'd get call back after they confirmed with the insurance.  Well as luck would have it, I accidentally gave them an old card for another plan, so they called me back to tell me that it was invalid.  After a few days, I found my new card and called back 3 times over the course of 2 days to give them my updated info: the first time no one answered, second time the office manager wasn't in, and the third time no one answered, so I left a message.  I never heard back from them and ended up going to another dentist - where they asked for my insurance info up front AND I got my teeth cleaned that same day!

On the plus side, the staff was nice and the facility appeared clean.

Hard to describe how much I appreciate these people. Almost makes this full-grown man want to cry. I tried to avoid smiling. I was very self-conscious about my teeth, and wouldn't even let my parents or girlfriend see them. I hadn't seen a dentist in 10 years, all the while accumulating plaque, coffee, and cigarette stains. I felt like I was slowly eroding along with my teeth. I have no form of income as I am new in town, and the whole thing just seemed very daunting. Quitting smoking and drinking soda & coffee was hard enough.  How would I pay for quality care? So I was referred here after visiting an access Florida job center.  After the first visit, a few X-rays, and some reassurances, I knew I was in good hands. 

After just the second visit, all of the stains are gone! A few cavities and chips were filled, and my self-confidence is restored!!! The entire thing was painless! The facility is the most modern, and cutting-edge clinic I've ever set foot in. 

These doctors, dentists, hygienists etc., volunteered their valuable time to save my teeth and restore my self-confidence. I don't know how I'll ever repay you guys. You deserve the world. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!
