This Ace is why they still use the tagline "helpful hardware folks."  It is entirely true.  The expertise and friendly service make shopping for hardware a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

i have always found the service people helpful and they have a good and varied selection of items.  Also, it is a good way to support local business rather than always going to the big box hardware stores.

I would not go to Ace Hardware on Main St Findlay ever!! When I pulled into the parking lot and was getting my son out the staff of the Ace Hardware threatened to tow my car. Mind you that I was still getting my son out of the back seat in the car and had the back door open. I will never shop there if they are going to threaten to tow my car before I even get out of the car. I called the manager and she blew me off. She said, "We have a problem with people parking in the parking lot and not coming into the store". This is not how you behave in this situation, making it seem like I should get yelled at for parking in there parking lot. I hope that they lose business over this and that people wake up and realize that Menards has better selection / better prices. I will never step into an Ace hardware and there is nothing that they could do to win my business back again.
