Findlay is a very huge indoor dealership, which is awesome when it's hot or rainy outside. I was impressed by everyone that I interacted with there, especially Ethan. He is amazing, and although I wasn't there to buy, just to look at cars with a friend of mine (who didn't end up buying that day), he didn't make us feel like we were wasting his time, and gave us his undivided attention with NO high pressure, and a great sense of humor! That just doesn't happen very often with car salespeople, who typically work on commission - not making a sale could affect his paycheck! He has followed up with my friend at appropriate intervals, without being aggressive or pushy, which has impressed her as well. She is hoping to buy from them soon.

We searched for weeks on the best deal we could get on a specific Jeep Grand Cherokee, They had just what we were looking for and beat the best price out their. Max was quick and efficient in getting the deal closed. The wife is very happy with her well deserved vehicle.

Took my car in for oil change today. Asked if they vacuumed the car as part of the service. They said the front floor boards only. I asked if they would vacuum the back too since the Dodge in Gresham does it complimentary without asking. He said sure no problem..... Got my car back... Not vacuumed at all lol

Findlay offered to not only recognize Wilsonville Imagination Library as their February Charity of the Month, but they also graciously allowed our group to use space at their beautiful indoor dealership to host our 5 year anniversary party. The management wants to be a positive member of the community, and they outdid themselves. They were generous, professional, and pleasant to work with in planning and hosting our event. They supported our local charity monetarily ($650!) and they helped promote our cause through displays at their dealership and through electronic media. We cannot thank Findlay Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram enough for their support. If you are in the market for a new or used car, shop at Findlay and you will know you are dealing with quality people who care about and support local charities. Thank you, Findlay!

brought my 2006 Dodge charger Daytona model in for servicing at its 100,000 mile. Tim, my service advisor is truly the greatest employee. It is like dealing with a family member. In fact, the entire staff makes me feel like a family member. The service at this dealership is excellent. Again, Tim is very professional, courteous and his excellent attitude reflects this dealerships continued high values for customer service.
