The HCL is great for all ages. They have a great kids section & good audio books. They do a nice job of getting things that they don't have from other libraries.

im giving them five stars even though their new computer card catalogue or whatever its called where you search for books on the computer is an abomination. but they get five stars because they're an awesome library with awesome staff. they make a constervative libratarian second guess the notion that everything should be privatized. fhcpl has been there for me all my life. its always been a place i go to for everything. its like walmart but for peace of mind and computer access. i love fhcpl. always have. always will but the card catalogue is junk. it use to be amazing but now its junk but long live fhcpl.

Large collection of books and many computers to use. The bathrooms all worked (Dont know the previous posts were talking about) Great childrens area and color coded bars for developing skills. A great library with a rich history.

Make sure you use your bathroom at home before going there. They only have one mens toilet to use and its always busy. What a 'CITY' library. Houses have more toilets then this library. Oh, you should feel safe there. They have the police their to watch everyone who comes in or out. Use the internet at home and stay away from this 'library'. What a bad joke.

Library is well maintained, and staff is friendly, but I was very disappointed to find that there was no selection of Bibles other than the Christian Bible. They had a "Bibles" section, and they consisted of entirely Christian Bibles and different versions. They had informational books, but I feel as if they are selective on the literature that they carry. Thumbs down, although they have good informational books.
