Half the reason I even go to the wine and spirits in bradford plaza is because of their knowledge and attitudes. I am never given an issue when i’m here and I go through a quick easy checkout. Today I guess irene B. from wine and spirits in the bradford plaza was in a bad mood. she made me sign a receipt to prove i’m 21 (whatever that’s not a big deal) then TOLD ME TO UNLOAD MY OWN BASKET. she said “you can hand me all of those” and gestured at the basket of 8 medium size bottles of patron. Is she not capable of lifting bottles? serious question. she was so rude the whole time, meanwhile i spent 200$ today, 92$ the previous night and 55$ ALL IN THE SAME WEEK. i will take my business else where. Don’t people know it’s all about how you treat your customers that make them want to return to you? bahumbug much.

Just bought 2 bottles of wine at this store.  There was one cashier, and one person ahead of me buying 3 bottles.  She had wine questions,  then her credit card didn't go through. ..3 times.  Graciously, she suggested to the cashier to ring me up.  He couldn't void her transaction. ...bad process!  Now, there were 4 people behind me. All of us waiting about 10 mins.

Standing in a line and when it became my turn, Irene at the register decided to help someone else in another line since it was moving more slowly. That would be fine, except she hadn't done that before and I was the last person in this line. She didn't even apologize or offer an explanation she simply ignored me and called the customer in the other line over and slid my bottles to the side .

Put down a deposit on two very nice bottles of gin and was told that I would get them in a about two weeks. It was over a month ago I placed the order and paid for it. I hadn't heard anything from Anyone about any updates on my order till I had to call and get some answers. I called to find out what was going on and then they said that the order had been canceled days ago.... I had not been notified by phone call or email which they had all my information! That the order was canceled and I should come get my deposit! Extremely unprofessional and when I was on the phone with one of the employees and managers they both treated it like it was my fault and I should have been calling to get updates myself.  They said they weren't even planning on calling till the end of the month! Obviously I'm frustrated and they treated it like no big deal and didn't offer anyway of fixing the situation or mending the relationship. I wish I could give 0 stars because the management and employees here are terrible!
