Nice big store, good selection but sometimes difficult to get to and from car, I really don't like the parking lot.  If you park in front of the store it's hard to back out due to cross traffic.  Walking is the same.  The store itself is nice and most employees are helpful.

I was laughed at by the cashier for letting her take bottles out of the shopping basket. I guess not everyone has a happy Thanksgiving

Horrible return/exchange policy. Asked for a suggestion for a sweet wine and was given a bottle of dry. I was in a hurry and didn't notice it until I went home which is an hour away.

Nice selection of bourbons here. I think that this is one of the higher end state stores -- if the state stocks a premium liquor in its stores, it will be here. The staff is always friendly and helpful to me, a far cry from the bad old days of state liquor stores. Nicest spirit shop within a reasonable drive.
