The blonde older lady whom I believe is the store manager is extremely rude and talks to people poorly. I have witnessed her curse on the sales floor and curse at customers. This lady has no tact and I wonder why she is employed at a state facility. I will never shop there again and will tell all my friends and family not to shop there. Unexpectable customer service!

MY GOD ! THIS PLACE IS RACIST . NOW I DONT USUALLY RANT ABOUT RACISM , ESPECIALLY BECAUSE ITS THE NEW “THING” NOW , BUT THEY TRIED TO CONVINCE ME THAT SINCE I DID NOT HAVE MY ID , MY FRIEND WHO DID , COULD NOT PURCHASE LIQOUR BECAUSE “THE WHOLE GROUP GETS CARDED” WHEN A WOMAN WAS STANDING ON LINE WITH HER TODDLER !!!! I RESEARCHED THIS LAW AND THEY ARE LOCATED AT A SHOPPING LOT , WHERE I WAS IN FACT ALLOWED TO ENTER . I WAS NOT PURCHASING THE LIQOUR AT ALL. NOR DRINKING IT . THAT MAN COULDVE EASILY BEEN MY GUARDIAN WHICH IS ALSO WHAT THE LAW STATES , THE CASHIER WOMAN WAS RUDE ALREADY BUT THIS TOOK THE CAKE !!! AND I JUST READ A REVIEW EXACTLY LIKE MINE FROM ANOTHER BLACK WOMAN 2 YEARS AGO !! INSANE !!!!!

12/16/17 - When we first arrived (around 9:50 am) there was a friendly lady at the cashier who took care of us, we paid for the merchandise and asked for information about the new lotto machine they have by the entrance. By the time we finished figuring out (about 5 minutes) how to use the machine we didn't notice that there was a new lady behind the cashier,  we just wanted to say thank you for everything,  however the person (also a lady) was very dry and disconnected. She wasn't rude but body language and how someone responses is as powerful as being rude.
