I have never had a bad experience here, my nails stay on for 2-3 months (obviously with my fills, which are still like 3 weeks apart). They treat me and my kiddos great. Its the only place I will go.

I think they did a really bad job on my nails and my feet were perfectly fine before. I just needed an exfoliating and the tips of my nails cut but now my left ring toe hurts really bad. I don't think they sterilize their tools often or thoroughly enough. Their chairs dont vibrate and they seemed rude i feel bad that i tipped them. They rush through took them 10 minutes. Im never going back i am disgusted with this place.

Very sloppy on nails. Got French tips, full of bubbles and several crooked nails. Would love to save someone the money. Don't go here.

I went to Finest Nails a few times and was happy with one of the girls there (Breem). The other girls are not good or awful! I went in the other day and (I think the name was Ming?) was the only one there except for an old woman eating Chinese food that had the whole place smelling like a restaurant! Then "Ming" started taking off the acrylic that was on my nails. I asked her why she was taking it off and she said "awful, awful!" So, against my better judgement, I let her continue. I never should have let her do that. I walked out of there and within a day, several of the nails had cracks in them and they were so rough, I thought I would have no nails left. I went in the next day to have the cracked on fixed and they tried to tell me that it was ME that broke it! I told them no, and now I have 3 that need to be fixed. I want my money back! I called them but got no resolve. They think it's my fault. That my nails are "too long". I've been getting my nails done for years. They are not long at all. And I have never, ever had such rough nails after having the acrylic put on. Terrible place! I will never go back. You just don't know what you are going to get.
