The Rates are great and the staff is super friendly but there is no way to make payments on a loan without having to drive down there and pay them. Frustrating. 2015, seems like it should be super easy. I pay all my bills by phone. I don't have to drive to any of them to make the payment. Just because its a bank I shouldn't have to drive down to make the payment because my money is in another bank. Other than that they are very nice people and I love their services.
