Wish I could give 0 (zero) stars!!! Worse experience ever . Went in on Black Friday and was with my dad, brother and father-in-law. My father tried a few pairs and liked 2 pairs and were in the checkout line when a salesperson ( Chelsea) came and asked us to pick up the shoes that were on the floor and keep them up on shelf. I mentioned to her that not all the shoes belonged to us and she was being rude. She took the two pair of shoes from us that we had in our hands for checkout and kept in behind the desk. She then came back with an empty shoe box and asked us to put the shoes laying on the floor in the box which was odd, but we did. Then we asked where were our shoes and to that she replied “I will only give you the shoes once YOU clear the floor”. 
We were so embarrassed and humiliated at the treatment meted out to us that was a result of us being “not white” and being of different skin color. I went back to the store to talk with the manager, Darrell and he too was not apologetic and told us that there were 90 pairs of shoes that were left by other people earlier in the day. When I told him that is not the kind of behavior you expect from anybody, he just shrugged his shoulder. 
I am very upset and wish that nobody goes through this again. Would not recommend this store to anybody. I don’t want to say that it was racist but it definitely smelled like one.

Asked twice for them not to sign me up for Sports Illustrated with my order and they still did it. When I called to fix it, they couldn't change it, and didn't even have the number to contact SI to cancel it.
