I came into this store to buy a pair of toddler size 13 shoes, And it was like pulling teeth to get ANY help and I was the only customer in the store. I finally get someone to help and pull the "correct" size from the back and take a look at them before I check out. Well I guess these days you have to do the work for the employees, because I did not check both of the shoes and sizes, thinking and trusting the associate that helped me, and low and behold I get home to 2 different shoe sizes. To top it off, the size on the box wasn't even the correct size. I'm stuck with a size 12C box, One 13C shoe, and One 12C and asked for a size 13 to begin with. OK, I should have checked all my bases to make sure I got the right shoes and box. So I call to speak to a "manager" and I get the most unhelpful person placed in any retail position. I'm not a complainer, and was simply calling to let them know their employees don't open the box to make sure the correct shoes are being sold when checking out customers, and to also let her know there is now 2 boxes with mix matched shoes. Her response was, "We're past the point of blaming now, It would be ideal if you brought the shoes back." The shoes were a gift and my nephew lives an hour away. All I wanted was someone on the other end to at least acknowledge the mistake and provide somewhat of a resolution for THEIR mistake, but that obviously didn't happen. They aren't getting the shoes back, and they will be returned to whichever store is convenient for us, and Good luck to this store on selling a pair of mismatched shoes. I could care less!

Bought a pair of Jordan 31s from another store. Played in them twice and had the worse experience in the shoe. The shoe has horrible traction and for $185 I could not just let them collect dust. I called customer care and explained the situation. They advised me to return them to the closest location to me after speaking with a manager. I come into the store and there is another manager on duty and she refused to defect the shoe and let me exchange them. I call customer service back and they state that it's against policy for them not to take the shield back. Now I worked for finishline in the past and no knew the policy. The staff here all needs to be fired from manager on down. Everytime I've been in this location it's been very unprofessional with a lack of customer engagement. No one is focused on helping customers or making money. Will never shop at first finishline again I'll stick to Footlocker!

The employees are always pre occupied with their blah blah to care enough for the customers. Frankly speaking, the famous Al Bundy is a better shoe salesman than these people, in my experience.

Awful the workers did an awful job of doing there own job!If your going to be rude and not be helpful to the customer then get out of working in retail.I would rate 0 stars if I could my over all experience was awful.

My family and I shop there all the time. Today one of worker name Kay he was very very rode. Because him we will not shop there anymore.
