I was trying to find some  Jordans that just came out this month none of the stories had my boyfriend size and so when I called them they offered to order it online and when I went in there there they was super fast & friendly and got my boyfriend shoes ordered and they arrive in less than five days I'm super happy with this store. 💗💗💗💗

Love the store and the selection, but when your hours say you open at 11, have people inside on there cell phones at the counter and it's 20 after 11 with the gate still shut, and I'm not the only one waiting outside to get my stuff and finish my day.

Everything I've bought from here has been good quality. I cant complain about the service we've received. They even helped my older son try on shoes while I was dealing with a crying baby.

My wife and I visited the Springfield, Mo store located in the Battlefield Mall twice in a seven day span to purchase, if not at least try on, a pair of Nike Metcons for her. On our first visit (09/23/16) there were 4 employees working and the store was not busy at all. Yet no one asked if we needed help after 15 minutes, so we left. 
Our second visit 5 days later (09/28/16)... there were only 2 employees working.  One of them, a younger blonde woman was helping the other 2 set of customers in the store, going back and forth between the 2. The other employee, a younger college aged boy, was just standing on the other side of the store, meandering around in his own little world. Once again, we were ignored. 
I would not recommend going to this particular store if you expect any service.

I purchased a pair of shoes at Springfield, MO store in January (which I love). Two days ago I noticed a charge on my bank account to Sports Illustrated, so I called them. They informed me that I had signed up for the magazine at Finish Line. However, I did not sign up for the magazine when I purchased my shoes. Upon looking at my account again yesterday there is a second charge to Sports Illustrated, I called them again, apparently the store not only signed me up for SI but SI Kids. When I called the local store they told me they could not offer me anything but an apology, and honestly that wasn't very sincere. I am extremely disappointed in the company for spending my money when they did not have a right to. I would hope in the future the company doesn't do this to anyone else.
