There is this African American guy I do not really know his name but most of the time he is there. So I have a pair of shoes that I ordered online and I was going to ask him if I was able to make my return there but while walking thru I found some shoes that I like and I was looking at them. Then, this guy yelled at me something and I did not really hear him so well so I grabbed the shoe from the stand and got closer to the guy to ask for availability on my size. I asked him for my size and he answer me pretty rude: yes mam but you can return that here. He even gave a chance to ask him anything about my return or about the shoes. What if I just took the shes to ask how to take care of them. This is not the first time I did not really like the way he takes care of me, last Sunday around 2 p.m. I also came to buy some Adidas shoes and he was also very rude. I just bought the shoes because he said that was the last pair he had and I really like them. He does not know anything about costumer service, he is very rude and does not have good manners to take care of people. I hope they do something about that. I thought that may be on Sunday he just had a bad day and that was it. But today the situation was the same, very poor costumer service. He needs to be professional.

Associate Tommy took care of us, he made sure to provide us with exceptional service each time we go. I will definitely be back to this store because of him😊👍👍
