I was going to buy some adida shirts, but I seemed unwanted in the store. The two employees were too busy talking about random stuff to each other. We were the only ones in the store too. We just left, and bought shirts from Footaction.

I have never been so mistreated as a customer at any store. I recently purchased a pair of shoes and after trying them on they fit comfortably during my brief "fitting" that most people go through when buying a air of shoes. After wearing them the following day after several hours they began to hurt my feet so I took them off and changed shoes. Upon trying to swap them out at the local Finish Line store the manager (David) was very rude and refused to do anything. As soon as he looked at the shoes he stated he won't do anything (replace or refund). I stated I wished only to get a pair that fit and even if I was upgrading would happily pay the difference. He immediately boxed up the shoes, shoved them in my face and told me to get out of "his" store. At first I was totally shocked at what was going on. I somehow remained calm after this very rude and what I felt was a personal attack. After I stated all I want is some help with this and asked if there was another manager or even customer service that could possibly help me he told me once again "as he was shaking nervously for some reason", to get out of the store as I was being disruptive. Needless to say he called security and nobody was available. While this was quite comical to see him shaking in fear for some reason I none the less will never take my business to Finishline ever again.
