We had visited for our first time today, We were greeted right away by a very friendly and helpful lady, Missy. She went above and beyond to just show us what we were doing and introducing us to their machines and how to go about it.
We started going here after our dryer broke down to dry our clothes. It's always very clean and I feel very reasonable priced.
This laundromat is great. The facility is clean and well equipped with large washing machines and dryers. I always use this establishment after camping trips to wash and dry sleeping bags and large comforters. I like that I'm not stuck using quarters, but a pre-loaded card. The price isn't bad. Plenty of places to sit while waiting. Used their laundry service when my washing machine at home bit the dust. Everything was clean and neatly folded ready for pick up. Again, the price was reasonable.
Place is clean. Washers and dryers are decent. Reasonably priced. Me and the hubby have been going there for 2 months and have 0 complaints with the place itself but however you do run into a couple of weirdos from time to time or parents that don't look after their kids and they are running around screaming & getting into things & making messes & not cleaning them up. I've noticed it's busier between 5-8 pm on the weekends. Staff could be a little nicer. They do offer vending machine snacks & drinks. Everything is charged to a finish line card. The machines don't accept change or dollar bills. The parking lot isn't very big & I couldn't tell you how the bathrooms look because I've never used them. One time I was doing laundry and some how someones band-aid was stuck to one of my pieces of laundry.. that was extremely disgusting! So just check the machines before use. Other than that we continue to go every weekend. To the one on 20th I will not go to the one on main street that one is run down & alot of weirdos & creeps there!

it’s a clean environment. my first interaction with the employee was not the greatest. she was snippy and rude when i asked if i could exchange change for bills because i was not aware we had to buy a laundry card. it was my first time here and the place was wonderful just wish the lady with the long blonde hair wasn’t rude!!
Again always friendly and always CLEAN ! 20th street location that is . Columbia , shoulder length med brown hair .... NOT SO FRIENDLY !
Very hostile employees and disrespectful management, will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR ADVISE ANYONE TO GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED BY THE MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES
Love the workers! The machines work very well.
The people are friendly and helpful. The place is spotless. It's a lovely place to do your laundry. I've also met some really nice people there!
