SUMMARY: Go here only if you desperately need a car wash. Not a bang for the buck.

I appreciate the fact that they do a pretty decent job of cleaning my car, but lately things there have changed and have become worse.

For starters, they charge $10 for a basic car wash... There are many cheaper places like Diamond car wash (on rte 70) who charge half the price for a basic wash and also have a self service vacuum cleaner free of charge....

Had enough? Wait till you hear this.... They are so desperate to make money that you have to get out of your car before it enters the cleaning area. And when you walk in the waiting area, they have chargeable snacks waiting there for someone to buy it...

I recommend you drive a little bit further and find a cheaper and better car wash who don't make you get out of your car.....

They want repeat clientele, yet those on a Monthly Car Wash Plan, I myself have “THE SUPREME” option, will quickly see that it isn’t worth it when they skip important steps. Such as VACUUMING the interior and WIPING down the interior. I understand it gets busy, but that doesn’t mean they have to skip steps I PAID for. It’s like paying for an oil change, and not getting the replacement oil. This is the second time out of the 2 times I’ve been here.

They started out doing a great job, but now they are horrible.  They clean inside windows with wet used towels, streaking and missing ding windows sometimes. I have to point out where they miss.

This is one of the few places in the area that does a full vacuuming and interior detail with the wash, but their customer service is not the best. I went there for a car wash, they started it and my car was on the track, then they abruptly stopped the line so repairmen could fix the garage door at the exit, leaving my car stranded for a half hour before I finally got them to back it out and get a refund. They could have given me the option whether I wanted to wait before they put my car on the line. And they could have apologized for the inconvenience, but they didn't at all.

Went there today and was disappointed. We have gone many times before and the car looked great. This time the interior was barely vacuumed or wiped down.
