I switched to Dr. Finkel after having a bad out burst of acne after becoming resistant to my antibiotic. Went to my normal dermatologist and he only prescribed me creams, I knew this wouldn't help because my acne became severe. I was embarrassed to even leave the house and hangout with friends. Frustrated, I searched up different dermatologist because I knew I would need to get back on some sort of anti bacterial pill again NOT JUST CREAMS. First day I came to Dr. Finkel's office he prescribed me another antibiotic. This did the job and I was able to have clear skin for my wedding. 2 years later and my face is still clear with occasional small breakouts. Oh, and sometimes he lets his dogs run around the waiting room... which is a plus :)

Went in for an odd rash on elbow.  He looked and said it's not cancer nor psoriasis.  Said it must be fungal. He said no need for biopsy. Gave me prescription for cream.  Helped but not healed.  Returned, he prescribed anti-fungal oral pills.  I took them and still used cream.  Helped but not healed.  Called office, he prescribed a different oral pill...expensive.  Took them.  Still used cream.  No change...still some improvement but no healing.  Finally, I just went to my family Dr.  She took biopsy.  Blam...it's not fungal at all.  It's unidentifiable but cellular damage and psoriasis.  She prescribed Prednisone round and told me to pick up 1% hydrocortisone cream.  I did both.  Much improved.  Not completely gone but not itching, burning, and not bumpy.  I do not recommend Dr. Finkel.

Love Dr. Finkel and his staff! They are personable and helpful. I have three daughters and they've all been seen by Dr. Finkel for a variety of issues. Each time their minds have been put at ease and they've received the treatment that they needed. I've also referred Dr. Finkel's office to my parents. They too felt good about their care.

Terrible!  Told me the rash on my feet was blisters from my shoes. It'd been there for weeks and only got worse after his diagnosis, itching even more and forming more blisters.  Even told him I had a history of eczema but he didn't listen.  Went to a different dermatologist a couple months later and he diagnosed as eczema and prescribed a medication.  Can't believe I wasted my money and time with this doctor. Will NEVER go back!

I've been going to this dermatologist for years, they're the absolute best in town. So nice and helpful!!
