Called him to see if he could change out the inside of my mother's toilet. And he gave me a price of 45.00 which was fine he stated that he would need to go up to Home Depot and get the part but then said in another instance he had the part in his truck (?) Then when I asked how soon he could come out and he started hemhawing about his projects he has coming up and the holiday was coming up..blah blah blah..it was very evident that he doesn't have the handyman mentality of the old days. Maybe it wasn't enough money but he lost out on a bunch of money in the future. Don't call this guy if you need a small job done right away.

Great contractor to work with! He's always on time, and he works on our rental properties as well as our homeowner associations. We've used him for years, and will continue to do so!
