Neither liked it or disliked it. One of the most disorganized places I've been to. Nobody was at the counter and some were out smoking other stuff than "hookah". We could've smoked and left if we wanted to because nobody was there to take our money when we were ready to leave lol. Either way, I didn't hate it because it was kind of hilarious how bad this place is run. But that's kind of the funny part because I don't think it's even "ran"... they just kind of charge you. We got hit with a $10 charge tip when no one serviced us anything. Just in the beginning one of the "friends" of the owner was like oh yeah, he's not here atm but I can serve you. Then no one showed up for the whole night until we had to tell someone to please take our money hahaha.

You can 100% find a better hookah lounge anywhere else. Place is like a drug house that offers hookah if they feel like it. 2 stars entirely because the experience was funny.

AWFUL SERVICE. My friends and I went one night, and we're greeted by some guy who "didn't work there" but was a "friend" of the owners, and was just watching the place till the owner got back. He'd run out for smokes or something. We were promised he'd be back in 10 minutes. Okay, shady enough, but it's not like you go to Fire & Ice for high class atmosphere, so we took a seat and waited. 

20 minutes go by and we grab the "friend" again and ask how long it will be. He says he's not sure, so we ask if we can at least order a hookah in the mean time. He says yes and gives us the menus, but when we ask a question about whether they have ice hoses he goes "honestly I don't even know how to make a hookah, I was just going to guess. You know, I'm just helping my buddy out here." 

We decided not to get the hookah (cause who knows what the heck would've been in it) and asked him to call the owner and ask how long it would be before the guy got back. Dude makes the call and goes "he says 10 minutes". Meanwhile he said 10 minutes an hour ago. 

We left without ever even getting a drink. It was awful.

Not to mention they play incredibly loud dance music there on Friday's and Saturday's. It's more like a college dance party than a chill hookah lounge. This place used to be cool back in the day; you could relax and play board/video games, chat with new people, and smoke some ill hookah. That place is dead and gone. Now it's not even worth wasting the gas it takes to get there. Just buy a hookah and stay home. You'll have more fun and spend less money.

Wonderful Little Lounge where you can go After work and cool out and conversate with co-workers. They have Hookah 🍃, Beer🍺

Im a regular there they are honestly the best hookah lounge on longisland stay open all night and they have the vest underground djs coming up out of longisland drinks and hookah prices cant be beat anywhere and the owner is the best and they allow any events from live hip hip performaces to full dj sets. I has it all and ive been to alot of hookah lounges but this one is close to my heart.

It's too closed in and no air conditioning or fans. Nice music and good environment when in the mood to just have fun.
