Made a reservation for today to celebrate my parents 65th anniversary. When we got there we were seated and the waitress asked whose anniversary it was. She wished my parents a nice anniversary and then the manager did the same thing. My parents were thrilled!. We ordered our food and it came out quickly. The food was great! All of us loved what we ordered. Then the waitress brought out cheesecake with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate for us to share. My parents were so happy. They went somewhere yesterday and they never even said anything to them, even though they knew it was for their anniversary. Before we left the waitress brought a anniversary card [signed by the whole staff] to my parents and that was extra special. Above and beyond and great food, we will definitely be back

Absolutely no complaints besides the fact that they were out of my favorite beer. Wasn't a big deal since they have a small but well selected choice of craft brews. Food was great. The price point is what you would expect for the quality of food and service provided. Don't go here looking for a $5 burger.

The waiters were friendly but they switched halfway through and the new guy didn't know what we ordered... Then we had to wait for my mom's meal double time because he entered it in as "don't make"? Once the food finally got there it wasn't bad food, it was actually pretty decent. Overall three stars, they could use a little more organization.

We celebrated our 25th Anniversary here. The service was exceptional! They manager and the waitresses were very attentive and helpful. The waitresses took pictures for us and the restaurant blessed us with a dozen of red roses in a vase, along we with a card signed by every employee working! They went over & beyond in customer service & for that we're grateful. We had 20 guest.

Came here about 3-4 months ago and the food was beyond amazing, so I wanted to bring a group of friends with me for my birthday dinner. We had reservations at 7:30, was given a pager didn't get sat until 8pm. Didn't see a server for about 20minutes, they were busy so this was understandable but we were still ready to leave. Instead we all ordered apps right away because we were so hungry. Got them and our drinks were wrong but, we dealt with it. Then we order our food and about 20 min later (its now 9pm) the waitress comes back and says they are out of all sirloin steaks. So we reorder AGAIN. Approaching 10pm we get our food, one plate was completely forgotten, one plate was wrong completely. So two people at our table didn't even get to eat, one being myself. After trying to fix tickets with the crying waitress, the manager on duty didn't even come to our table once to apologize. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. Firebirds did a really good job of ruining my birthday, we will NOT be back!
