I really wish I could give them a 5-star; they are one of the few eateries that deserve it. However, I absolutely abhor the fact that they can’t answer their damn phone. Being a popular joint, I understand it gets overwhelming but take it or leave it. Sometimes I want to order takeout and just grab and go but out of 10x, I’ve been successful maybe once. Those wings are fire though lol so I hope they fix it quickly.

Calling this place to order food to go will give you a headache. After 10 pm on Thursdays-Sundays, they either cut the line off or don't answer the phone. So then you are forced to go there abd order. Then they advise you 1 1/2 to 2 hours wait for your food. The workers will tell you we don't answer the phone because we don't have time. Management doesn't care, because they have get to fix it. There loosing a lot of money. The food quality is great. Wings are tasty. Sandwiches plentiful. The TO GO area is really bad. I hate going on those days. If you know that's what you want for later you better pre-order as early as 6pm.

Great wings and burgers. You will enjoy the food.
If you ask for extra crispy Wings, you get extra crispy wings! If you ask for hot, you get hot wings! This is the type of service and food that you expect for your money. Firehouse grill is not an overpriced South Tampa Hipster restaurant with rude wait staff. It is the real deal!
 I only eat here for lunch so I can't comment on the evening routine. The service staff is always friendly and helpful. I've never been served poor quality food and I've never had to wait longer than they quoted me. I would recommend this place to anyone. Please tip when you pick up at the take-out window those guy's work very hard for little pay.

Love there fried mushroom they are to die for, also tried wings and fries and it's all really good. But they dont have a full bar just a whole lot of beers so if you love beer and food and sports you'll love this place. I go just for those mushrooms and food.
