A little slow during lunch but that's to be expected. Love the food. Has always been great. Staff is always friendly.

Food is always yummy! Also the order came out quickly and the staff is polite. Only reason I am rating it a 3 out of 4 is because they put mayo on my sub when I told them Italian dressing. I don't like mayo! 😣

I went to the fire house subs in saint Augustine with my brother and his wife just to spend some time with them before they go back after Ork's . I got a small sandwich because I was not super hungry. After eating most of it I noticed something in the bread that looked like hair. I pulled it out and it was long and stiff. When I pulled it out of my bread it was not hair.......it was a leg of some kind of bug. I spit out what I had in my mouth and tried hard not to vomit. I told the manager and he comped our whole meal and gave me a ticket for a free sub. I got to the point where I could not hold back and went to the bathroom to let up all of that sandwich I just ate. Then one of the employees drove by saying have a great day -_- idk if it was done on purpose because of whatever or if it was an accident but it was horrific. I will NEVER eat there again. I gave the free sub card to a homeless man. I am DONE with them. I only gave a 1 because there is no 0 raiting.

I love this firehouse, the manager Blake is always behind the counter to say hello as everyone walks in. The experience is always great! Everyone always looks happy. That's how it should be. Don't forget to round up!

I wouldn't even give them a one star if I didn't have to give them something... We been waiting in like patiently,of coarse it's very busy but as soon as it's my turn to order a lady walks in after we all be standing there waiting to order and the cashier says,hold on I'm goin to take her first because she is a call in.. What!!! Are you kidden me! Not excuse me but could I take her first cause she is a call in,,, Oh no....just like my money isn't as good as hers!!! My money will spend just as well as the next...so I just put my chips back and walked away before I said something I couldn't take back! So to all! If your a call in you get to go a head of all the other customers!! I will never give them my money again and will tell everyone I know!! ....
