Went here with my Daughter and 2 grand children. Our service was outstanding. Tyler was so friendly going out of his way to see that we and others were totally satisfied. It was clean and pleasant. We were very happy customers.

Love their subs! Definitely the best. But took 30 mins to get one medium turkey sub... how!?
Edit:
We are not bad review happy.. But we’ve both worked in customer service before and know what standard there should be. 
The manager emailed us and blamed us for the delay. The customer service is so unpleasant that we unfortunately won’t be going back.

This Firehouse is the best! The staff is so friendly and they take the time to get to know their customers. The food is allways great! I will never go to another sub shop again!

Great food, employees spend too much time talking so wait can be long! Watched one employee eat and drink at the opening to the back room and she was t on her lunch break. My order took 15 minutes almost for 1 sandwich.
