We’re avid firehouse sub eaters! Best subs, but employees have made it a bit unwanting. We walked in, no greeting. Five girls working and one on phone taking care of customer, others in back chatting it up. Made order went to go sit and just about every table dirty with past costumers food pieces, sticky floor. Remind you we were the only ones in restaurant. Very disappointed. Love this place but if this is how it is going to be not sure if we want to continue our meals here. Step it up, great food just need the great service that we normally get.

Love my Palm Coast Firehouse staff and food! I visit here 2-3 times a week on my lunch break and am always greeted by name When I arrive. The girls mostly all know my order, and are always a pleasure to talk to! Food is always on point and filling! 5 Stars!

Decided to stop into this sub shop on my way home from work today, but never again. The line I can handle but as i stood there waiting to order the only thing I could notice was the manager (I later learned her name was Cathay) constantly berating her employees right in front of a nearly full store. The atmosphere was simply not one I care to rejoin and quite frankly I lost my appetite.

Cathay is a great manager. The food is delicious, she is pleasant and gets the orders correctly.

star because the soda machine must of been low on co2. After filling my cup with soda, it tasted flat. Wondering if it needs cleaned. The food was good as it usually is.
