To be fair we come to this location with some frequency and have been to several other locations. I really love their sandwiches. I have never had a bad meal from them either. On the down side this location never seems very clean and staff, while friendly just does not seem to stay up on it when they are not busy. I have commented to corporate a couple times and they make promises and try to placate me with free food but I just want the place to look nice for their customers. I will continue to eat here so long as I get good service and food, and don't spot any vermin.

I'm not a sandwich person but the fresh and tasty sandwich here is pretty good for a quick luch.

I had a gift card issue here and the manager did the right thing and took care of my order.  Food here is always great.

Absolutely Disappointed With The Service Today. Just Like Any Day I Order Food From Firehouse During My 30 Minute Breaks And Never Had An Issue Until Today. Normally It Takes Me Almost 10 Minutes To Get To Firehouse And I Usually Have My Sub With In 10 Minutes, But For Some Reason Today It Took Almost 25 Minutes Just To Make My Sub. Mind You I Have Only 30 Minutes For My Break. Not To Mention The Man Who Handed Me My Sub Handed It To Me In A Mayo And Grease Covered Paper Bag. Then I Was Upset And In A Rush To Get Back To Work That I Didn’t Realize They Forgot My Pickle That I Made Sure To Mention And My Napkins Were Covered In Meat Grease. I’m Highly Disappointed With The Service Today and Won’t Be Eating From There Or Recommending For Anyone To Eat From There. Very Unsanitary In My Opinion.

When I arrived there was a loong line, which was quickly taken care of and then it was my turn! Nice gentleman at register took my order and I sat down to wait for my sandwich and do some work on the computer. Yup they have wi-fi. 
Got my New Yorker sandwich- Delicious! One of the staff removed my tray from the table and walked around doing same for other customers. Pretty nice experience @ #lakebuenavista #firehousesubs #firehousesubslakebuenavista #angieallenfort
