The decorations are amazing, the staff was lovely, and it was relatively cheap. The sandwich came 5 minutes after ordering and it was delicious.Food: 5/5
Mostly sandwiches good however the staff especially spanish staffs using slang to customer because they thought foreign costumer can not speak Spanish. Bery unprofessional and rude. Even if good taste, never wend to visit here again. Very very very poor services.
Sandwiches were fresh, tasty, and neatly prepared. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Would dine again.Food: 4/5
Avoid this eatery if you can , consistently bad food , condescending attitude of the staff really irks especially when they have zero customer service skills who cannot follow written instructions in orders , verbal or online . They will ‘forget ‘ to include upsell add in’s like bacon or cheese etc especially in take out items now . Please heed and avoid this miserable place or at the very least open up the sandwich and ensure you are getting what you ordered and paid for .
The guy at the register was an uncourteous person was being confrontational because I asked for a cold sandwich and because they gave me it hot and I wanted it cold he had an attitude and didn’t want to exchange it for a cold one I had to buy another sandwich. and I shouldn’t have had to buy another sandwich on top of the three I paid $54 for through the app. They could’ve just made me a cold sandwich and what gets me is if you’re selling cold sandwiches the option should be asked if you want it hot not if you want it cold.
Pretty good sub shop. Lots of options, good prices, clean, good food. I gave this 5 stars for supporting our true heros the FD, PD, and Ambulance services! More restaurants should be helping out those who actually save our lives! The seating area contains several long tables with lots of seats. The parking here is a bit tricky. On street is available, but its paid parking with meters. Or you can walk a bit to the free parking lot in the back of this strip mall. The employees here during my visit were polite, but extremely slow. My order was a simple sub sandwich plain. Roast beef on a plain roll. Should take 2 mins tops. But somehow with no customers in front of me, it took 18 minutes! Not sure if they were just talking to each other, or on their phones? I would have knocked this down a star for that, but as I mentioned above, more restaurants need to support our true heros like FHS does. Pros: Good food Good selection Nice theme Support our true heros! Plenty of seating Good prices Cons: Slow employees might have been just a random event? Tricky parkingno fault of the owner. On a side note, there is a FHS review here from about a year ago asking the management to ban and call the police on an elderly woman for not wearing a mask. That is insane! What happened to our society? The scamdemic is over, so thankfully idiots like that guy who wrote that review are now silent. But in all honesty, if the virus was as deadly as people like him contest.. then why in hell would anyone risk their life going outside their own house to get a sandwich? Why? The masks did not stop the spread.. and if you inhaled the virus wearing a mask, and if it was that deadly.. then you would be dead by now. All for the sake of getting a sandwich? And he then pivots the blame on an innocent elderly lady? If he was so scared of the virus, he should have bubble wrapped himself inside his house and stayed there instead of going out for fastfood. You cant have it both ways. If the virus was not as deadly as they said, then not wearing a mask would have the same effect as wearing a mask. Go figure? We are all human beings, lets go back to acting humane to each other.
The Sandwich was Delivered. They lost a customer. GM served me and I gave him a $50 dollar bill. He said he can’t except it because it’s old.and the Bank said he can’t take it. Then he was going to cancel my order. So I gave him another $50 then he took it. I bet if I was with my business suit on he would’ve took. I won’t go back there again. First & Last
