I just had the worse food from here. When you pay $12.00 for a sandwich you would hope the meat is actually meat and not all fat. What a joke. I used to love firehouse subs, it just seems all fast food industries don’t care anymore. Which is fine, I just will stop eating at them. But just for future customers, do not get the smokehouse brisket anymore it’s garbage.

Firehouse subs is easily one of my favorites!! My go-to is the hook and ladder. Their hot subs are the best imo. The two people working at this location tonight 12/11/22 were very nice.Food: 5/5

No sense of urgency! Over 15 minutes to get a sub. Here on my lunch an it took all that time to get food.

Great service and sandwich. first of all let me start by saying I love my meat steamed. I know that sounds weird but I really like the fact that their meat is not baked but steamed. for some reason it makes a sandwich really good I don't know why this is just me reporting the facts. Second, their potion sizes are prefect for me a small for lunch, medium for dinner and large for after fasting for two day. Lol But I have to give a shout out to Jesus, not the holy Jesus, Jesus the employee. When things got busy today, he made sure to provide excellent service and checked up on the people who were waiting. Great job Jesus, you earned Firehouse subs an extra star or two for caring about your job.

First time at this location on Northsight and Raintree.  It’s before noon and they are about all out of chips, then no ice in either machine for the sodas.  Very disappointed!!!  Tables not clean. We normally go to the location in Cave Creek and never had an issue!

This place has the most amazing subs ever and the service is good. i would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a place to get a sub if you have one in your area.

Good sammitch but 35 minutes to get my food from when I walked in the door is pretty ridiculous. This place is understaffed! Kudos to the employees who were working and still friendly and hustling even though there were a lot of disgruntled customers.

Great sandwiches. I think lately this location has been short staffed. Wait times are longer than other FireHouse Subs and some of the tables were not clean. Trash bins were also overflowing. Nonetheless, I thought they were friendly and doing their best.

I did an online order and they delivered to perfection. I needed something soft, soup was delicious, and work around allergies with the customization. And I just love their sandwiches. And the Coca-Cola dispenser has every choice you can want for your drink.  Features: Employees wear masks, consistent hand washing and wipe down surfaces. Kept very clean.
