I go to Firehouse all the time. I love them and by no means do I want to leave a bad review. However, The manager on duty 7/19 shorter lady has horrible customer service skills. I asked for some sauce and the lady lashed at me. I am not a worker and I did not deserve to be spoke to in that manner. The gentleman behind the counter was super sweet and kinda shocked at the way she spoke with me. He got me my sauce with no problems. I dont believe staff should be more creditable than the managers. Food was great, service not so much.

I go to Firehouse for lunch from time to time.  I usually get the hook and ladder salad.  It is big and delish.  It is large enough for 2 people. I put their hot sausage on top.    I love their freestyle machine.    I would go more but Firehouse is expensive for a fast food restaurant.

Staff is freshly legal working age, absolutely uneducated on food safety & handling procedures. I waited patiently for 30 minutes with one order a head of mine, while two employees making sandwiches proceeded to touch every counter top and door handle in the building without washing their hands, let alone changing their gloves. The third teenage girl that appeared to be in charge at the time, had to be asked from her "break" to ring in an order, and then proceeded to stand right out front with an electronic cigarette in one hand and a cell phone in the other instead of helping knock out the only two orders in the building. Will never return to this location. If I do, it'll be with the health department.

Well filled sandwiches with different size options for every appetite. Several different choices from sandwichs, salads or chili.

Fantastic subs and I usually don't like cold tea but the TEA here with Lemonade from the Coke machine is AWESOME...I BUY IT BY THE GALLONS HERE...LOL 😂
