This shop showed a lack of professionalism and attention to detail as they have damaged my wheel what should be a routine alignment. I was not contacted about the damage. When I came to pick up my car I was told what happened and that it would be fine in the short term but I'd need to get it fixed eventually. No mention that they were culpable and we're working to fix it. Such a lack in customer care is deplorable. Sending me home with a car I cannot safely drive for a long distance is highly inconvenient. Not impressed with the service here and once this matter is resolved I have no reason to bring you anymore business. Others should consider the same.

I had an appointment for today. For an oil change and wiper blades. I told the man days ago that I will have to wait on my car. I show up 15 minutes early just for them to tell me it'll take at least 2 hours before they can even get to my car! Tell me.... What's the point of having an appointment if you can't get to my car in a timely manner????

Make an appoint for 10 AM. Show up, they are “backed up” a hour and a half. They open at 7 AM, how do you get backed up a hour and a half doing oil changes. Every time I ever attempt to go there it is always a hour and a half before they can get to it, even with appointments.

I am currently deployed and my wife brought my car to firestone for some repairs. I wish that I could say that a tire shop on a military instillation would be military friendly and could trust them to take care of my families needs but that is not the case. They attempted to advantage of her and tried to overcharge $300 dollars for a break check that was not necessary nor requested. She caught it before billing but that is not the kind of place I would like to do business with.

Complete garbage. They can never seem to get my alignment right. Every time I take my car there and ask them to check my tie rods they don't, forget, or make my alignment worse. I'm done trying with this place.
