My husband and I have officially sworn off ever going to Firestone again.  I had an issue a couple years back with the one in Nora where I had to wait 2.5 hours (no, I'm not exaggerating) for a SCHEDULED oil change; thank goodness there were shops around to keep me occupied, and I had no other plans.  I then tried the one in Brownsburg sometime last year to get an oil change, and they forgot to replace my oil filler cap which led to oil leaking all over my driveway.  If I could zero stars, I would.  I will NEVER go to a Firestone again.

I was traveling and still 2.5 hours away from home so had no idea what was in the area. After a not so good experience at Walmart (will just leave it at that), I went to Firestone and they assured me within the first minute that they would get my tire fixed and get me back on the road safely.  Staff was very nice and understood my frustration.

Good service.  They ordered tires for me from another location.  I made an appointment for the next day.  The tires had arrived an my car was pulled in less than 5 minutes of me handing them my keys.  My experience at Firestone Brownsburg was very quick and professional.  Thank you Firestone Brownsburg!!!

Fantastic service!!!  Our car broke down on the interstate near Brownsburg.  We called Firestone and they referred us to a towing company.  The employees at Firestone were extremely kind and helpful.  They went above and beyond to make us and our dog feel comfortable while we waited to have our car repaired. They even allowed us to store our harp in their facility so that it didn't get ruined while sitting in the car.  They found the problem immediately, called around town for the parts, and then fixed our car quickly.  The repair costs were reasonable and what we had expected.  The mechanic had 20 years experience and diagnosed the problem within a short amount of time.Please don't take the bad reviews seriously.  This really is a great place to get your car worked on.

Always great service! Of course it's a bit expensive, can do it yourself for 1/3 the price, but you're paying for someone's time to work on your car! They always get the best deal for you and make sure everything is set before you leave!
