Was in town moving my son who is stationed at Keesler AFB. We drove from NC and his tires were literally falling off the vehicle due to bad rims. All 4 rims needed replacing and Firestone was very patient and my son ended up finding 4 rims with tires on craigslist and Firestone balanced them and installed for us. Never gave us a hard time about not buying new rims from them and service was excellent. Great employees and great service. Even offered to pick my son up from the base if he had needed a ride to get his truck. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Love the service and timing of everything. Brought my Genesis Coupe in for some new tires. I made an appointment 2 hours before going in. Didnt expect them to be ready so fast. Took them maybe 2 hours to get my car done. Great service and everything. Cheap prices compared to other shops. 

Recommend going here.

just saying I had great service that was very quick. Sam remembers me and all my vehicles and the style of tires i purchased. And no, he didn't have time to look in the computer, he met me at the counter and wasn't by the computer. recognition and greeting do leave a lasting impression.
The technician took great care to keep my vehicle clean on the inside.
