I went to this FS when I first moved to the area a couple years ago ('16)....
On first try I noticed some push back from a rep (who happened to be Asian) when I told him I wanted the oil change special $19.95, he gave me this look BUT I am used to places NOT wanting to honor coupons So I stayed, got it done with No extras.
Second try happened early '17,
I called about wait time for oil change,
the same guy as the 1st time said
about 1 hr wait, I ASKED HIM to put me on the wait list, He Did, I showed up 30mins later (I gave time so I wouldn't sit there just waiting) - mind you the place is 5mins from my place - and when I arrived I informed the guy I had called & gave my car model, he then said the wait time THEN was 1hr 30 mins!!
I asked how can that be?? If he'd said it was one hour THIRTY MINUTES before,
I got upset & told him what's the point of "Being on their wait list"?? and told him
to forget it... that I was going elsewhere.

He did try to stop me, but I said it's fine,
lesson  learned.

I cannot recommend this place.

Not professional
They don't want you to use coupons
They want you to spend more
Attitude problems

They finished sooner than expected, only did what I asked and had great customer service, I even saw the desk rider jacking up a truck to help.   No sitting on hands while customers wait.  Recomend it.

Customer service is ok. Price for actual firestone tyres are cheap compare to other business.

Terrible customer service. The parking lot was empty and they were only working on  2 cars and as soon as I asked for a oil change the Asian mechanic said "we're to busy go somewhere else".
