Checked other things not given permission to. Tried to charge me for unnecessary repairs. No one worked on my car for half an hour. I spent nearly 3 hours there and all they accomplished was a brake inspection. They couldn't get the lugnut off.

Scheduled service here and then they deleted my my appointment from their data base and failed to call and notify me. Then they tell me that they would have called me if they had planned on doing to service like if I am supposed to know to expect for them to notify me. Drove 2 hours on my only day off in a month to get here thank you Firestone incomplete auto care.

Was told they couldn’t align my 2016 f150 because of the “lane assist system” and I would have to take to dealership. My truck doesn’t even have lane assist. Took my truck to pro-tech and they knocked it out in 2 hours.

Good customer service. Kind of slow. It took almost 6 hours for an alignment and 4 new tires but the customer service made up for it.
