Wonderful experience, we had a mechanic name John, this mechanic was everything you would want in a mechanic. Professional, great guidance on motor guidelines,  brakes, brake fluid and flush becouse of year of vehicle.  New tires, alignment check, and tire capabilities, and durations of tire life. I know for a fact i will be back for my next set of tires and to see John.
 Great mechanics are few and far between thank god we had the luck to have him come into our lives and help.Daughters never listen to the dads, its i know i know. You know what the best part was, l have that young daughter and John was giving advice to her as if were his own daughter that's a  professional at work . Thank you so much ,,a parents mind set at  easy.

Got me in on a Sunday for an unplanned serpentine belt.. was twice the price I was expecting but I had a pully fail in addition to a broken belt.  Place is a little dated and run down, but seemed to do a good job.

I recently had 4 new tires put on my camry and misundersttod the difference between the tires being balanced and aligned and wrote a negative review.  Firestone immediately called to explain the misunderstanding and then offered to align my car at no cost in the interest of customer satisfaction.  Good job making your customers happy Firestone I am going to be a happy customer of yours in the future!
