I would like to commend the store manager, Bob Dickens for doing a fantastic job in making sure my car was ready for our long road trip. Not only did Bob give me a great deal on tires, he also gave me a great deal on brakes and a few other items my car was in need of. The service was great, the price was more than fair...compared to the dealership. It was a real pleasure dealing with him and I will certainly take my car back.

Very friendly, professional and helpful people. If you looking for a place to check your car this is the best place. Sue is an amazing woman she helped me a lot and she really does care about her customers. Definitely I will be back!!!

top quality customer service;made sure we got their lowest prices by searching thru all their offers that were applicable to us. Brad is a good, knowledgeable mechanic who knew his "stuff" and did a thorough job. The service writer Sue Dickens was especially personable during the quoting process. Firestone was our third quote and we had confidence from the start, over the others, that they had our best interests in mind when the discussed our alternatives. They took the time to prepare exact quotes pricing out the parts as well as the respective labor for each alternative. (The other places all gave us estimates with a $200-$400 price range difference without going to the trouble of even looking up the parts...which, in the final analysis is what cost them to not earn our business.)

Very friendly service, but incredibly slow. Took two cars in for new tires and they took almost 5 hours to complete.

What a bad experience, I had stopped in earlier during my lunch hour to ask about getting an uber inspection on my vehicle. I was told that there was about a 1/2 hour wait. I noticed they closed at 7pm, said thank you I'll come back after work. I stopped back in at about 6:10 didn't get talked to for about 25 minutes . When asked what I needed I stated I was there to have my vehicle inspected for Uber. The woman looked at the time and said I don't think we can do this today, i asked why not. She claimed that an inspection takes 2 hours. Hard to understand how uber green stations and every other location claims it takes 30 mins. I get it people want to end their workday and go home. But this is a service center and you need to take care of your customers. Not bring up details to why something takes longer then it should. Help people with what they come in and that's how you earn a customer. My $19 is worth much more then you think.
