Went in at 7:30 on a Saturday. I was the very first one and was in and out in 1 hr with an oil change and front end alignment. Compared to being told on a Fri evening the wait would be 3hrs till they even got to my car. Thank you Thomas and David #50. Would definitely go here.

Marco and Sean are pleasant and eager to help. They listened as I described the car's issue even though I couldn't really pinpoint the exact problem. The guys in the garage were able to diagnose the problem efficiently and effectively. Because of their team work, skill, and friendly nature, I have been a customer here for over eight years.

Marco was very helpful...from the first phone call i made.. to when i stepped in the store until i walked out....i called and asked if they had these particular tires in stock..marco told me no..but that he can order them and would have the for me the next day...i asked if i can make an appt to come in 2 days later...he said that was ok...came in on a Sat 10:30am told me it was going to take about an hour...i waited and an hour later my car was ready....definitely recommend coming to this Firestone...staff was very welcoming
