Every time I come to this location they are operating with different procedures. The other day you could walk in here and get an oil change. Today you need an appointment. Which one is it? Very poor service Firestone.

My experience with Firestone today was the best and fastest ever. I was greeted with a smile and given some safe tips. My tire was not repaired but it was replaced for my safety. Thanks for being more than just a fix it auto shop, but a caring auto shop.
