I have been taking my vehicles to this Firestone for years. They are courteous, forthcoming, and helpful. They patiently answer questions and do not talk down to you. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to take their vehicles.

Literally came in for an oil change a 10 minute job. That was at 11 am said it might take until 7pm because they had other jobs now what business doesn't take care of the easiest job to get it out of there so they can proceed to more pressing jobs. Dissapointed.

On the fence.  Went in looking for a battery and they started asking me. Which tests I wanted. I asked what was included under normal circumstances and the answers was unclear. They were far more interested in repeatedly telling me hjhow busy they were
