Every time I go to the Firestone store, I get excellent service and a positive, friendly experience with the service managers.  Noll and Brian always treat my wife and me very well, and they both always take special care to accommodate whatever we need to have done.  Because of the way they both take care of us, we always take our cars to their shop, and we recommend them to our friends and family.

My favorite place to get an oil change. Their high mileage oil change is a synthetic blend for under 40 dollars, and comes with a better inspection than most other big chain oil changes. Only been here twice but I had good experiences both times

An unexpectedly AWESOME experience. Entering the Firestone establishment for the first time, I noticed the quote on the wall that read, "I believe that fundamental honesty is the keystone of business." I thought to myself, "I wonder how true that is," considering this was an automotive repair shop. The problem I was having with my car was not spot on diagnosable, not even by the dealership, which I also consulted. While many people shared with me and I myself thought that it is the goal of auto repair shop to "find" problems, even make problems, for the sake of getting more money out of the customer, to my amazement I felt a peace and calm regarding the ethics of the West Sacramento's Firestone employees from day one. My concern lied in whether or not they would be able to find the problem on a car that I was still making payments on. Attempting multiple solutions, I was concerned about how high the bill was climbing after not only parts but several hours of labor. Picking up a car that was restored to an operatively smooth condition along with an overall bill that was jaw-dropping low was icing on the cake. I am forever grateful to Firestone and its employees for the excellent customer service that put me back on life's track. Thanks so much! JJ (Sacramento, CA)

This place knows how to lose customers.   Multiple occasions when service was incomplete.  Forgotten washers on oil filters, broken studs when rotating tires, inaccurate information on necessity of belts, and same service manager for years.  Can I be any clearer: if you don’t give a damn about your car, this is the place for you.

horrible slow, extremely inefficient service. 9:30 am i come in with a flat on my back right tire. at 12:20 they put my car on the dock and remove all 4 tires. My car sits on the dock until 2:30 and still has no tires on it. 5 hours and they couldn’t fix a simple flat tire. will be certain to not return
