This store has saved me so much money.  I have been going here for over 10 years.  Brandon, Steve, Jack, Louis, John, I know them all because I have a fleet of cars always going in for oil changes and routine maintenance. Have always been very frank and honest with me. I trust these guys a lot. Hopefully they never move away.

3 1/2 hours to get my tires replaced.

Ordered tires from an online retailer and was notified that they had arrived. I asked the employee how soon I would be able to get them installed. He notified me that his tire crew was actually free and I would be able to go in and get my tires replaced 'right now'. So I figured I could go get them installed on my lunch break.

Arrived at Firestone literally within 2 minutes of the phone call, around 10:45 am. There were two other customers in the shop. One of the guys took information from my car, inspected my old tires, and gave me an cost estimate for the installation.

About an hour later, one of the customers left after she got her car back. After another hour, the last customer left after getting approved by insurance for tire damage. I finally got my car back at approximately 2:10 pm, about three and a half hours later. If I had known it would take that long, I could've walked back to work.

Max, Jack and another "sidekick" took the time after hours to make sure I was completely taken care of.  They went far and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience at their location.  Thank you, thank you, thank you...I'll be back!

Went in for a simple oil change and they were so rude. They  didn’t explain to me what was going on or what they were doing to my car. Max pretty much expected me to read his mind during the whole experience and was very condescending and impatient. I wasn’t asking hardly any questions (like I literally just asked what did you do to my car)
