It's too bad I no longer live near this store. It's the best Firestone...or possibly the best service center I've ever been to. They work on plenty of old and new cars so they don't get stumped by one or the other. Couldn't be friendlier and even the tech will help out however possible. This is where experience SHOWS.

Wow. Total care. Extremely polite and knowledgeable and helpful. Showed me I had been ripped off last September after buying 4 brand new tires in Texas. Only one was new the others had been waxed/polished to look new but were 6 year old tires. He educated me on how to read the numbers on the tires. 
I need three tires. No wonder I had no traction on the snow. I highly recommend this Firestone dealership. They offer tires and installation and new brake service and alignments and several other automotive services. Be sure to check their website for discount coupons before you go. You will save money if you do. Impressive knowledgeable and polite, friendly professionals. Highly recommend this Firestone. Give them a visit and see for ya-selves !

I go there for my free lifetime alignment for my truck and EVERY AND I MEAN EVERYTIME I go there they find an item to replace. This past time they told me I needed new ball joints.   Unbeknownst to them I JUST had them replaced, and our brand new tires put on my truck.  They performed the alignment and told me that. I chuckled and told them the situation about the replacing and they said I should take it back.  I laughed and told them "No I trust who did the work on it". And I do. Just go to Dan@Hi-Tech transmission unless you have a lifetime contact with firestone.  They are a retail store, selling service. Alignment is good! Thanks for that!
