I had a stripped oil plug, and they quoted me around $500. I was told there was absolutely no other choice, and that they had already started working on it. This was before I had even agreed to go forward with completely replacing the pan, or told them I was fine with the service they were going to provide me. It is unacceptable for them to have told me "they already started" when I would have gotten a second opinion anyways. It was quite ironic, because once my dad got on the phone with the mechanic, they all of a sudden could do a fix that costed TEN DOLLARS, compared to 500+ DOLLARS. Even if it is a temporary fix, I asked if there were other options and the woman told me this is the only choice they have. They completely tried (and failed) to take advantage of me, and I can't help but assume it was because I am a woman, and they thought I would just blindly listen and pay. Luckily, my dad was a mechanic and helped me with the situation, by asking them to do a different fix (a fix they did not offer me, or even mention). I will now be telling all of my friends and family to stay far away from this place when it comes to putting your car in trustworthy hands. I also find it funny how expensive all of the rates are, considering I called around and all the alignments I found were costing around $60, and theirs was quoted at $80. Also, the suggested tie rod replacement costs peaked my interest. The most expensive tie rod we could find was around $40, and theirs was priced out at $80 for the part alone. I completely understand that labor costs factor in, but theirs charges do not add up and are way more expensive than any comparable shop. Almost every service they had recommended was way more expensive than any nearby shops for that matter. Overall, I recommend staying far away from this business, ESPECIALLY if you do not have background knowledge on automotive repair services. You might find yourself with a bill of $500+ dollars that they say is absolutely necessary, when you went in for a simple oil change, if you have an experience similar to mine.

I took in my car to check Why my car wouldn't start. But when I let it sit for awhile it will start. So I had them check to see if I needed to replace my starter. Yes I did but I didn't have $345.00 to have it done. He offered me a credit plan through the business. Told him I had bad credit but he was sure I would get approved. Waited for an hour. Came back and said I wasn't approved.
What a waste of time. Then I had to pay them $35.00 just for looking at it.

The customer service here is top notch! The mechanics acted very professionally and my car was serviced in a timely fashion. This is a high quality shop and I recommend them to  all my friends/family.

I have never had a bad experience with this company! Im very skeptical with mechanics because i think they are out to screw me. (Sad but true) Not once have i felt that way with these guys. Everyone is SUPER nice. I will not to go anyone else ever.

I was going to rate 4 stars, but I realized I told them I'd pick it up after work. Dropped my truck off at 2, they called me at 5:30. Just efficient business, If I would've stayed probably be done sooner. They also had my truck pulled up right in front. I'm bad with names, but the lady up front knew her stuff and was top notch.
