Bought a set of tires after an unfortunate flat.  Not a week later and I get another flat.  Paul takes the care in immediately for diagnosis has the car ready in hours and even garages in during the storm when I was unable to pick it up.  

Paul is the benchmark of professionalism and customer care.  Thank you for your great team work!

My experience with them has been excellent so far. I am so impressed by their service.  The associate Nick goes above and beyond to help every time I am there. He is well experienced and knows his job. He has been assisting me ever since I started going to firestone, almost 7 years now. 
I would definitely recommend them to anyone especially Nick!
Keep up the good work Nick! You are simply fantastic at your job!!

They are not gd... they half Ass Take care of you...and they seem to back a lot of mistakes so that you bring your car back TO REPAIR WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FIX SMDH
